Mobile application
Customers can book cabs via RedTaxi mobile application from Play store/App store. Avail custom booking experience like Rent a cab, Scheduled booking, Outstation booking, Cashless payments through REDWALLET or PAYTM payment mode etc...
Telephone Booking
RedTaxi provides duel booking channels to make bookings more easy and convenient. We work 24/7 across the year. Customers can book cabs via RedTaxi mobile app or make call to the booking number 4567890 along with their city STD code. Customers will get an instant SMS as confirmation with booked cab number after every booking. RedTaxi has customer care forum which operates on standard business hours to support the customer with their queries and complaints.
GPS Tracking System
We track our vehicles current location for your better safety. Customers can share their live ride location with their family members as well.
SOS
We do provide SOS facility in our mobile application. If the customer panics during the ride, he/she can use this SOS facility to share their live location to their emergency contact number. A SMS will be sent to them instantly.
Bill on SMS
We share the invoice of each and every ride to the customer though SMS link. Even customers booking through calls will get an invoice through SMS link.
Entertainment
RedTaxi cabs provide you information and offer you entertainment during your rides. We insist cab owners to install music system for entertainment and have newspapers for information to make you occupied and feel ease.

We do have customised rental plans based on customers' requirements. Customer can hire a taxi for a local drop, hourly rental, day rental, outstation drop and outstation return trips… We do operate Hatch Backs, Sedans, Innova and Traveller. Customers can avail the vehicle as per their requirements.
